"As a dedicated resident of Baseline, I am excited to bring over 35 years of business experience and a genuine commitment to community well-being to my candidacy.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with various companies to develop their brands and enhance their market presence. This journey has equipped me with a keen understanding of strategic planning, effective communication, and collaborative leadership—all of which are vital skills for a member of the Board of Directors. I have always believed in the power of a strong community and have been a part of other homeowner communities for over three decades.
After downsizing last year, my husband and I chose to call the Baseline Community our home, and it has proven to be a fantastic move for us. The welcoming atmosphere and the strong sense of camaraderie within the community have truly enriched our lives. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our two adult children, their spouses, and our delightful granddaughter. Personally, I love running on all the wonderful trails in the area.
As a member of the Board, I aim to leverage my extensive background in business and community involvement to foster open communication, transparency, and continued growth. I envision a collaborative environment where every resident feels heard and valued. I am committed to addressing our community’s needs, ensuring that it remains a place we all love to call home." - Robyn Balsley
