About Baseline Metropolitan District Nos. 1-9
There are actually nine different districts in the Baseline area. The nine districts consolidate operations under a single entity, Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 (the “District”), to create efficiencies and economies of scale. Districts No. 1 - 4 were organized in 2001 for purposes of financing, constructing, operating, and maintaining public improvements for the Baseline development. Baseline Metropolitan District No. 5 - 9 were created in 2020.
