Snow Removal-Winter is coming!

Snow removal within the Baseline Metro District is performed on a post-storm basis, meaning services begin once a storm has fully concluded. The District’s threshold for snow removal is 2 inches of snowfall.

When snowfall reaches 2 inches or more, the District clears common area sidewalks and trails. Please refer to the map below to review the areas maintained by the District. The map also shows the alleys where the HOA is responsible for snow removal.

Homeowners are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalks in front of and adjacent to their homes within 24 hours after the storm has ended.

The Citof Broomfield is responsible for clearing snow from all public roads. Their snow removal policy may be reviewed at the link below:

As winter weather conditions can create slippery and hazardous surfaces, we encourage all residents to use caution when traveling outdoors during snowy or icy conditions.
